Cancellations*

Please let us know in writing as soon as possible of your need to  cancel your booking. 

In the event of cancellation of your booking:

We will charge you for the full cost of your stay but only if we are unable to re-sell the room(s) you have booked.

Please note, all deposits are non-refundable, unless we are able to re-sell the room(s), in which event, we will refund your deposit minus 10% to cover the costs of administration plus any Paypal fees we incur on the refund transaction.

Please note, we make every possible effort to re-sell rooms and from mid-April to mid-October we are normally able to resell rooms in most instances without any problems. However, we recommend you have travel insurance to cover any cancellation costs you might incur if you have to cancel your booking at short notice.

In the event of non-arrival where a booking has been made and no notice is given of cancellation:

We will charge you for the full cost of your stay if we are unable to re-sell the room(s). If we are able to re-sell the room(s) booked for any part of the booking, we will charge you in full for the first night of the booking.
